A registered sex offender was found guilty of predatory sexual assault for an act that took place at a Town of Poughkeepsie homeless shelter.
Levogie Richardson, a level 3 sex offender, was convicted Friday after a four-day trial in Dutchess County Court.
The charge stems from October 2014, when Richardson sexually assaulted a man at a Town of Poughkeepsie homeless shelter.
