WAPPINGERS FALLS - State police from Wappinger have charged Jason M. Naylor, 41, of Lockport, with first-degree dissemination of indecent material to a minor, a class D felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
Parents of the 14-year-old contacted state police in July 2015 after finding inappropriate messages on their daughter’s cellphone via teen messaging app, “KIK.” Police said they found that Naylor pretended to be a teenager and sent messages to the underage victim that were sexual in nature. He also allegedly attempted to lure her into a face-to-face meeting.
