POUGHKEEPSIE – Several students from John Jay High School in Hopewell Junction spent a few hours in criminal court last week.  The students were not in trouble but rather learning about the court that handles most felony cases in the county.  Dutchess County Court Judge Edward “Ned” McLoughlin hosted the students ranging from freshmen to seniors, who are taking the “Ethics and Decision-Making” class offered at John Jay High School.
